This unit is a Black 'Phantom' style / Stealth VHF Omni-directional antenna with standard 3/4 inch NMO-mobile mount operating at 150-168 Mhz range. This antenna is a 'Soup Can' style and offers a powerful punch with up to 3 dBi of gain. Please note that this model REQUIRES mounting on metallic ground plane for best performance. The Phantom series offers ultra-rugged ABS construction which is virtually indestructible and has a proven track record for holding up in the field for many years in any conditions. 3/4 inch NMO Cable kits and mounting hardware or magnetic mounts for this antenna can be purchased separately. (DO NOT use NMO mag-mounts with pull-tab, the antenna is too large)
