The Times Microwave TC-195-SM-SS-X is a Standard SMA Male (plug) Connector for use with LMR195 (or equivalent) coaxial cable.  This connector is made of stainless steel, and is rated for frequencies up to 2.5 GHZ.  Crimp ferrule and solder center contact.  These antennas can be bought individually, but are bulk packed in 100 pcs bags.
