This backplate is designed to protect the SMA connector on 6x6 inch antennas with 100MM VESA spaced mounting holes. These antennas all utilize SMA female connectors due to their slim design. This plate is designed to protect that connector from hits, especially when mounted on a bracket in free space

More Information

To install the backplate you simply attach it to the rear side of the antenna. The backplate bends over the connector, held on via the mounting holes. The backplate can be used with right angled and straight cables.
