The Laird / Antenex B4303S is a 14 inch long, Chrome, base loaded mobile UHF whip antenna with NMO base and spring. This antenna does require a metal ground plane. It is omnidirectional and offers 3 dBi gain and accepts up to 100-200 watts max power and operates in the 430-450 MHz range.
