This kit is typically used mounted on top of a Forklift, or truck-mounted to connect your VC5090 or VH10 to the wireless network in the warehouse or distribution center.
The antenna operates at both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz with a gain of 4.5/5.5 dBi for 802.11 A,B,G,N. The ONE-PIECE antenna & magnetic NMO mount features a powerful magnet designed to mount outside the vehicle cabin or roll cage for maximum performance. During installation, you *MUST* set your computer's settings to default to the external antenna.
